Vnukovo-3 is the largest business aviation center in Europe and the only one in Russia with IS-BAH Stage 2 certificate.
It has excellent infrastructure and provides a full range of services with its own production facilities, without third-party companies involving. In 2019, FBO Vnukovo-3 expanded the scope of its activities and now provides ground handling services for regular cargo flights at Vnukovo-1.
Passenger services are offered at two modern VIP terminals. For the comfort and service of Chinese passengers at Vnukovo-3, all conditions have been established in accordance with the China Friendly certification.
Additionally, infrastructure has been created within the Business Aviation Center for the receiving, servicing, and basing of helicopters. Procedures for the permits registration for the commissioning of Heliport Vnukovo-3 are currently carried out. Passengers will be offered a full range of helicopter services.
VIPPORT has been exclusively assigned as a Fixed Base Operator for business and regular flights at Vnukovo airport since 2004. VIPPORT meets the highest international standards and has all the necessary certificates of conformance and is a full member of the following business associations: EBAA, NBAA, RUBAA, HAI. On a daily basis the Company’s professional team of highly qualified specialists carry out a huge amount of organizational and technical work related to the complex servicing of scheduled and unscheduled flights, not only at Vnukovo-3, but also at Vnukovo-1 (Passenger terminal A), Vnukovo-1 (Cargo terminal) and Vnukovo-2 (Government terminal).
Years of experience allow VIPPORT to provide the highest level of service for special flights of the foreign heads of state, senior government officials, and official delegations with their own specifics of service in compliance with protocol. VIPPORT has currently served government flights from 104 countries.

In addition, VIPPORT is the organizer of the RUBAE (Russian Business Aviation Exhibition), which is the only business event in Russia and CIS taking place annually at Vnukovo-3.
