Heliport Vnukovo-3 was created within the Business Aviation Center for the receiving, servicing, and basing of helicopters. Consisting of more than 54 000 m² area of heliport with one-sided take-off and landing, heliport traffic is carried out regardless of the airport’s schedule. There are 12 parking spots for up to nine Mi-8s and three AW139s. Additionally, there are also plans for the construction of four hangars, each with an area of 2016 m² and a capacity of five Mi-8 helicopters.
Procedures for registering permits for the commissioning of Heliport Vnukovo-3 are currently underway.
